Turkey Meatballs

Writer's picture: Bailey WilburBailey Wilbur

These meatballs are great to make at the beginning of the week to have throughout the week for quick meals. Meatballs are so versatile with what you can do with them for meals. Have meatballs and spaghetti, meatball subs, or even as an appetizer with dipping sauce. This recipe pulls together so quickly you'll maybe even want some meatballs the day you make them.

Pull Together

1 lb ground turkey meat

1 medium onion finely chopped

1/2 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

1 teaspoon parsley

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 eggs

2 tablespoons water

Steps

  1. Heat oven to 350 F, spray a baking pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Place on a baking pan.

  2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center and meat thermometer inserted in the center of meatball reads 160F. Cool completely, then cover tightly and either refrigerate (3-4 days) or freeze (2-3 months).
